Mr. Levinsohn is the Managing Principal

Mr. Levinsohn is the Managing Principal of the New York City Regional Center (NYCRC). The NYCRC has become an important ingredient in New York City’s economic revitalization by helping to fund large-scale, public/private real estate projects that create much needed jobs in areas of high unemployment. In 2008, the NYCRC and Mr. Levinsohn were approved by the United States Citizenship Immigration Services (USCIS), a division of the Department of Homeland Security, to raise EB-5 funds for real estate funds throughout the City. Mr. Levinsohn noted that NYCRC projects include funding to assist with the redevelopment of the Brooklyn Navy Yard, New York City’s largest industrial park, as well as funding to assist with the expansion of Steiner Studios, the City’s leading film and television production facility.

Mr. Levinsohn received his undergraduate degree from Duke University. He received both a masters degree (M.A.) in Political Science from Duke University Graduate School and a law degree, Juris Doctorate (J.D.), from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Levinsohn was a member of the school’s Law Review, the Duke Law Journal. Mr. Levinsohn served a term on the Duke University Board of Trustees.

Mr. Levinsohn resides in Manhattan with his family.
